Job description:
|
Manage all residential construction projects and site development.
• Plan, organize, and report the on-site residential construction management activities directly related to large photovoltaic projects.
• Oversee contractors and sub-contractors to ensure projects are in full conformance with plans, specifications, schedule, and budget.
• Complete direction and development of large photovoltaic residential projects from initial stages to final commissioning.
• Experience with electrical wiring in residential applications.
• Experience with mechanical installations, general construction and ladder work.
• Identify means and methods to reduce costs, minimize risks, and increase speed of execution.
• Working knowledge of the NEC Code and AC and DC electrical systems.
• Working knowledge of Universal Building Codes.
• Experience operating all types of hand-held and power tools, as well as small machinery.
• Hands on experience with common building materials and techniques such as roofing materials, lumber, wood, concrete, etc. |
