Job Title: Northern & Southern CA Regional Sales Account Managers

Job description:
Primary job responsibility of this position is to recruit, develop and grow our customer base of solar dealers which sell and install residential and commercial PV systems. The person in this position will be required to live in the territory and potentially work out of a home office. They will work closely with marketing, customer service, logistics, IT and finance to ensure a best in class customer experience. The Distribution Sales Account Manager will also drive dealer training and development initiatives.

This position will operate without direct supervision to meet the sales goals of the assigned territory as well as perform the following duties:
• Proactively identify, solicit, qualify and develop new dealer opportunities within the region through prospecting and marketing development activities
• Create and execute strategic marketing and sales plans to develop the territory and to support key dealer growth.
• Provide ongoing dealer support and customer service. Provide training on gro services and products.
• Support dealer success by acting as a trusted business advisor to key customers
• Provide dealers with pricing quotes, enter all orders.
• Manage day to day communications with dealers, including generating system quotes, pricing, new product info and other announcements
• Frequent travel (up to 40%) within territory
• Work closely with a sales assistant to ensure prompt execution of all sales and tracing of orders through the system.
• Maintain accurate records of customer communications into CRM system.
• All GRO employees are responsible for collaborating as a team to contribute to the overall success of the organization and achievement of the company’s goals.
