Coordinate tradeshows and community events for the Region. Share the time and workload commitment for working events, which primarily occur on weekends.
Coordinate the use of all marketing events equipment and make sure all parts are kept in good condition. Make sure all events equipment is ready prior to the event and inventoried after each event.
Purchase any new marketing related equipment or resources needed for the region.
Inventory and distribute all regional clothing items and marketing collateral, which includes business cards, sell sheets, and marketing brochures.
Update all web pages on the regional website sections. This includes updating events on a monthly basis, new promotions, new employee bios, and anything else pertaining to their region.
Coordinate Media buys and submissions with local advertising companies for news, magazines, direct mail.
Manage all regional marketing expenses and invoicing such as membership fees, advertising expenses, etc.
Network within the community to create relationships
Document, analyze, and report on results of specific projects
Support marketing team with any ad hoc projects that may come up. |
