This leadership position is responsible for Skyline’s world wide field operations strategy and organizational development. Working with sales and marketing departments the successful candidate will establish an organization that sets project objectives and policies, maintains liaison with prime client contacts, and drives construction and customer service activities. The Field Operations organization will also manage external sub-contractors and works closely with internal design, administration, finance, and supply chain groups to insure that projects are completed with 100% customer satisfaction and meet all schedule and financial objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for U.S. and International strategy and organizational development
-Responsible for customer and partner satisfaction from project conception through project commissioning and monitoring.
- Oversees the management of the system design and construction process for all projects.
-Performs risk-analysis /forecasting for all projects to anticipate problems and avoid negative impact on Company
-Ultimately responsible for compliance, safety, and performance on all projects.
-Responsible for effective oversight of multiple subcontractors and project partners.
-Negotiates and manages sub-contracts and contractors. |
