Under the direction of the Sr. Manager of Sales Operations, the Sales Operations and Technical Support Specialist will assume responsibility for maintaining the Solar Energy Solutions Group's e-Marketing campaign and sales lead and opportunity processes through coordination of applicable software systems.
Responsibilities Include:
1. Support the Sales Operations function of SESG business. Work with sales, marketing, engineering and product planning to gather requirements for IT systems and plan their implementation, including Configure To Order system and lead management systems. Act as the primary liaison for all activities related to Right 90 report generation and forecasting software. Act as the primary liaison for all activities related to Salesforce.com/Market First software.
2. Responsibility for Marketing/IT project management. Acts as liaison between Sales, Marketing and IT providers.
3. Responsibility for continual business process analysis and recommendation.
4. Partner with Management and IT staff to develop new tools as needed to support business growth. Responsible for participation in the design and implementation of SESG e-Marketing tools, including outbound e-Marketing campaigns to support sell through of all Solar products. Outbound e-Marketing informational campaigns to dealers, installers and end users for product and sales announcements/programs. Create/program on-line e-surveys to support engineering, product planning and sales/marketing.
5. Partner with Management and IT staff to design, develop and implement SESG intranet and extranet sites. Participate in establishing overall program goals, fielding and tabulating customer surveys. Monitor and coordinate website updates, as required. Create on-line training class/seminar/web-based training registration. |
