We are now building up our sales effort in the western United States and seek a highly motivated commercial sales professional / project developer with solar experience to grow Allied Energy’s sales pipeline. This position can be located anywhere in California or Arizona where we have offices but the greater Los Angeles area is preferred.
Some key responsibilities of this position include:
*Work closely with Allied’s commercial roofing sales team to build a project pipeline of photovoltaic projects in California, Arizona, Hawaii, Colorado, Oregon and Washington
*Identify and build relationships with key system integrators interested in doing business with Allied
*Identify and build relationships with building owners and organizations who are excellent targets
*Proactively communicate (by phone, letter-writing, email, face-to-face contact) with potential prospects
*Manage all stages of the project development process
*Identify and secure suitable project locations
*Report to and work closely with NJ-based General Manager of solar products division
*Organize productive sales trips and meetings in key western solar markets
